So we bumped into the CEO Hugo Spowers at the last Resource Event where we were grateful of his time and excited to see fantastic innovation from a Welsh Company.
I had a wee sit in the car and it felt and looked great, but the most important thing, apart from the obvious benefits of this car, was that we shared a passion for community ownership. It’s our vision to get people sharing their own cars for the foreseeable future, until we can establish more environmentally friendly vehicles for community use.
This gives everyone a chance after our launch, to make some additional revenue by sharing your own cars through the LocalitEEE Platform. We’d love to see more cars, including the Riversimple one, belonging to the community as a Community Asset.
Remember we don’t charge Commissions when you rent out anything to the Community. All you’ll pay is a Transaction Fee, and even then we’ll be putting Community Currency and Cash ring-fenced to the Community where you live.
Having your own Uber and AirBnB (and many other Sharing Apps) in one place as well as giving back to your communitEEE at the same time, is a founding principle of LocalitEEE.
Renting out by the hour or whatever period you set with your own Assets, will be a breeze. Particularly now as we’ve started to build in the Ethereum Blockchain Technology. What this means for you as a Community Sharer, is Security, Speed, Trust and Simplicity.
Booked by the hour or even a whole week, revenue will be generated and ring fenced to be distributed democratically, through our PLEEECoins and PLEEECash fund issues.
Renting a car, as one example of many of our Sharing Apps, will cover all the deposit, terms agreements and insurance in the process of a simple click.
We’re currently actively seeking Insurance partners, particularly those who see the Sharing Economy as a growth Platform, as alternatives to our current partnerships.
Every time a transaction takes place, we automatically add more Community Currency ring fenced to the place of your choice. They’ll be used to help tackle local poverty and support local projects, and it’s your Vote that chooses.
We hope that Riversimple will use LocalitEEE Community Fixers in the future to teach and help maintain services at the most local point of an asset. There’s nothing better that makes sense than to support the Community that uses your products and Services. Our Sustainable Business Directory, is how we ensure everyone’s business evidences its support for its community.
The Community Fixers Category, is where you need to be, if you want to prove commitment and support through your business.
It’s Simples!
