Sustainable Bartering

Here’s another one of our sneak previews on our Apps that will be available in the New Year.  This time its the Bartering App which can be used on your Mobile or Desktop.

With our Single Sign On Platform, this is just one of many tools and Apps you can use to help us all live sustainably and connect our communities to become stronger, more resilient and to help create local incomes and jobs where you live.

The Bartering tool, through interaction with our Online Resource Shop, helps people use their EEECoins to put a value on many things that matter to a basic standard of life.  Remember that once you have EEECoins, which can also be given for Volunteering, they are in the system for you to use, and will Optionally carry the name of the person, business or Charity who purchased them at 10 pence each.

We’ll be offering EEECoins and Cash to help people in many communities in the UK, and also in the EU in the near future.  Other Communities will be able to do the same, so Bartering in your community is set to grow, particularly as these Community Social Funds grow and awards are made.

This is a great way to transition to working without Financial Pressure from the Banks and Loan Companies and help people in need where you live.

You can get involved and be in the know if you Register Now and then you can ask for your own Communities to be created.  We expect to have some competing communities next year, so get in early and be ready to spread the word to your neighbours, customers and groups.
